We bring big ideas and challenge the norm. We work with our clients, not at them.

Our journey began in 2011, I am in believing to food is a passion which makes life much better, After working as a food engineer in Turkey for more than 10 years, I decided to establish my catering company in The UK. Also, I have always believed that I would achieve good things with the knowledge and experience which I gained at the university I graduated from and the catering companies I worked for. Of Course, now you can see one of my dreams has become to reality as an achievement. I have been operating The Trakonya Catering since March 2020 in the UK. I am honoured to create your menu and prepare special meals and treats for various organizations, celebrations, birthdays and special invitations. In addition, I provide consultancy services and personnel training to various food production people and institutions on food hygiene and sanitation and food allergens. I have been giving online courses where you can cook Turkish and World cuisine dishes and learn different tastes, as well as have a pleasant time besides knowledge. Hope to meet my valued customer, in new projects.
